Dxdiag

Click on Windows Start and then select Run:



Enter dxdiag into the open box and select OK:



The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will run. If you are asked if you want to let DirectX check for WHQL certified Drivers, select 'No'.
Click on the 'Save All Information' button:



Choose your Desktop as the file location and then click on Save:



Start your email software and choose to create or write new mail.
Then click on the Attach button or icon:

Browse to your desktop and then double click on the DxDiag text file that you have just saved:



Check that the file is attached, compose your reply and then send the email:
