Can I still pay for my account in Euros or Pounds?

There will be no changes to billing; payments will still be made in the currency your account was originally billed.

Will the game still be localised?

Yes, you will still be able to play DUNGEONS & DRAGONS ONLINE™: Stormreach™ in French, German, and English. This option is set on the client’s side, not the server side.

Are there any changes to the customer support process?

There will be no changes to the customer support process post-merge.

Will I have to do anything to my client?

No - when the time comes, all updates for the merge will be automatically downloaded via the game's launcher. Players will not need to make any manual changes during the server merge process.

Will guilds be transferred across?

Yes. Guilds will be created on the new server exactly the same as they were on the old servers. However, if there are any guild name conflicts, the same process as the character names will be followed, with the conflicting name having ~servername tag added to it.
