This contains the Second PC patch for Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising, and includes the "Overwatch" Downloadable Content as well.

The Full fix list can be found on the "Techincal Description" panel. The "Overwatch Pack" content is:
Two new multiplayer modes: Blindside and Supremacy.
Two new FTEs: "Friendly Skies" and "Hostile Takeover".
